DeleteI'm a bit late here, but my deepest sympathies to you and your family. Yes, funerals are expensive, that's why Peter's parents advised us to have a "funeral insurance" for each family member, just in case. When they suggested that right after Jonathan's birth, I was kind of taken aback, hadn't we just given life to a new person? Who wants to think about death when you hold a newborn? Now I know that it was good advice and we did follow it. It makes you realize more how precious life is and how quickly and suddenly it can end.
